THE HOTEL IT STORY
As hoteliers, we have repeatedly asked ourselves how we can optimise our business in a customer-oriented way and at the same time benefit from the rapidly developing digital possibilities. We realised that we simply didn’t have the time and resources to do this alongside our day-to-day business. We also missed independent providers who understand both the systems and their interfaces as well as the operational processes of a business – without simply wanting to sell us their standard solution.
This spin-off from UNISONO Hospitality in a joint venture with Hotelpartner Revenue Management closes the gap between digital solution providers and classic hotel consulting – and acts independently of any software providers. Independent experts with extensive operational hotel knowledge accompany industry colleagues on their way to planning, implementing or optimising the ideal digital customer journey.
Sascha Nemeth
Sascha has many years of experience in hotel management, from sales and revenue management to hotel director.
However, his passion lies in the systems and technological hotel landscape surrounding the customer journey. Sascha has spent the last few years as Managing Director of UNISONO Hospitality Management in Germany. He was responsible for the entire IT systems and all digitalisation projects for hotel customers. During this time, he has undergone continuous further training and is a certified expert in numerous systems.

Nils Betschart
For many years, Nils was responsible for extensive gastronomic concepts and new openings, including as operational manager of nine renowned restaurants in Zurich and the surrounding area. Having built up the company, he is very familiar with the system landscape in the hotel industry. He was a longstanding lecturer in project management at the Zurich Hotel Management School, is co-founder and Managing Partner of UNISONO Hospitality Management AG and a member of the Board of Directors of Hotel Caspar in Muri/AG.

Oliver Meyer
Oliver launched his first own business models in the area of distribution and digitalisation in the hotel industry in 2003 and founded HotelPartner Revenue Management in 2006, where he now manages the international expansion of the business as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is on the Board of Directors of UNISONO Hospitality Management AG and works with Meyer FSC AG in the areas of management and business strategy.

Urs Grimm
Urs has over 30 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, almost half of it at the highest management level as a director of renowned hotels and resorts in Switzerland and Germany. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of UNISONO Hospitality Management AG and holds several board memberships. His in-depth understanding of the systems used in operations and their influence on internal processes and the customer journey make him your ideal sparring partner in the hotel industry.
